What are your conference spaces capacity and what technology do you use?
WIFI & Bluetooth geared technology for plug and play user-friendliness, 86” UHD LG TV, wireless microphones & lectern, tables & seating, note pad, pens & mints as well as conference call capabilities are an added advantage with our conference spaces.
Latest state of the art conference spaces with bespoke finishings, which can fit from 10-120 people depending on configuration, style and type of event. Our events team will be happy to discuss in further detail to tailor your event. Please call the hotel directly.
Do I have to be staying at the hotel to dine or drink in your outlets?
Immerse yourself in the rich culinary history that our menu’s have been hand-picked and created using sustainability, local and fresh produce in mind. Walk-in guests are most welcome, and no bookings are required.
How far from the Domestic and International Airport by car or taxi are you?
19.3km and 25mins drive by car or taxi and situated only a 5minute walk from the hustle and bustle of the CBD.
What forms of public transport are available from the airport?

Is there parking available onsite and is there a cost?
Parking is available for $25 per day.
Do you have a swimming pool for lap training?
Unfortunately we don’t, however we do have a fully functional cardio and weights (free and machine weights) gym open 24hours. In close proximity to the hotel there is easy access to Carlton Baths:

We are looking at booking in for our Schoolies celebration. Do you accept Schoolies groups?
The hotel has a strict “No Schoolies Policy”. All guests under 18 years of age must be staying with a supervised mature-aged adult during the Schoolies period. Dates deemed 16th Nov - 8th Dec.
I would like to host my wedding and reception on site. Do you cater for weddings?
We would be more than excited to help you with your special occasion. Our bespoke event spaces can tailor packages to your needs and make your day a most memorable one.
For peace of mind would like to know if there are restaurants, medical centres and shopping centres close by?
In just a small stroll away (1-2minutes walk) there are a plethora of shops, restaurants and medical practices. Our hotel also has some “accessible” friendly rooms for comfort and ease. Lifts are also situated throughout the hotel as well as wheel chair accessible entrance points.
