In light of COVID-19, we've boosted our efforts to continue providing you with the highest level of hygiene and protection, while delivering as much of our unique Zagame's experience as possible.

Flexible Rates with Free Cancellation

As always, our Fam with Benefits (FWB) Rates allow for free cancellation up until 24 hours prior to arrival date.

FWB Rates are only available for bookings made directly on this website, please check the cancellation policy of your booking for further info.

Social Distancing

Distance makes the heart grow fonder in this current climate, so we've implemented signage all over our House to remind everyone to stay 1.5m apart at all times.

Maximum capacity limits also apply to our Beverage & Food outlets, gym, lift and other enclosed areas.

All our room corridors are open air with access to all floors via outdoor stairs - so feel free to catch a breath of fresh air while social distancing!

Our Z Agents are on 'monitoring duty' 24x7 to ensure these measures are adhered to. We'll whip out a ruler if we have to!

Trained Teams with Minimal Contact

All our Z Agents are trained for infection control, and our processes have been updated to minimise contact across all guest interactions for enhanced protection.

In-room collateral and selected items from the Mini Bar are also removed from rooms to avoid contamination, and are available upon request only. All other items that remain in the rooms are sterilised as per the process outlined below.

Sanitistations

Nope, that's not a typo.

We now have hand sanitiser stations a.k.a. "Sanitistations" set up all around our House to ensure hand hygiene is always within reach!

Sanitisation Process

Aside from the use of eWater, a biodegradable Commercial Grade Disinfectant as featured on The Australian Business Review, for general cleaning across the hotel property, our Housekeeping team uses a ‘Triple Protect Method’ to ensure all rooms are sanitised to the highest of standards as follows:

  1. Wipe down all surfaces using the SIQURA Surface Protectant spray, a Hospital Grade Disinfectant, following the 8 Fold Wiping Method (Cloth folded into quarters and using only one side per surface to minimise cross-contamination). Focus areas include: High Touch Points (toilet flusher buttons, sink taps, door handles, handrails, bed rails bed heads, cash registers), Cupboards, Drawers, Tabletops, Table Legs, Chairs, Floors, Entrance doors, and Windows.
  2. As an added layer of protection, we use an electrostatic fogging gun to ensure 360° coverage of all surfaces.
  3. To ensure effectiveness, our Housekeeping team tests and swabs surfaces with bioluminescence testing via ATP diagnostic testing.

Both eWater and SIQURA are non-staining and free of harsh chemicals, making it safe for all guests, team members, and the environment.

Laundry & Linen Sterilisation

All laundry/linen items processed in line with Australian Standards 4146. Linen is treated both thermally and chemically as per these standards, which ensures all potential bacteria is removed through our standard practices. All equipment and trolleys are disinfected prior to being utilised for storage of clean product.

All potentially contaminated items (if any) will be reported and handled in isolation to avoid cross-contamination.

Staying Up-To-Date

As the situation evolves, we have been keeping up-to-date with information and guidelines provided by the Australian Government Department of Health and World Health Organization (WHO).

Being a boutique hotel, we're able to implement any new procedures swiftly to ensure the highest level of hygiene and protection for you at all times.
